About Us

Welcome To Seekerodyssey!

My name is Tasos and I am from Thessaloniki. As a Greek with a penchant for proving that one can explore this country without emptying the wallet, I have made it my mission to show people what Greece has to offer.

To that end I put together the Greece Is Really Cool community on Facebook; it has become something of a gathering place for more than 105,000 like-minded fans of the country. Then there is Seeker Odyssey, where I do my long-form writing in the form of practical guides and no-nonsense tips drawn from actual trips to make for a smarter way of travelling here.

When I am not at the keyboard I am usually fueled by coffee or re-reading Harry Potter to an excessive degree, not to mention the emotional toll Olympiakos takes on me. This is my home and my fixation. I would be happy to help you come to appreciate it as much as I do.
